We have arms!

Today we worked on putting arms onto the robot. We faced some challenges... The first thing we realized was that the arms could not be perfectly symmetrical and side by side. If they were like this, then the arms would cross and wouldn't properly function. To fix this problem, the building team offset the arms so now one is a bit farther back than the other.

Another problem we faced was how to properly stabilize the arms once they are on the robot. Garret, a member of the building crew, came up with the idea to use pool noodles to help hold it in place. Problem solved!
